- This offer applies to Fitness First non-members only
- You must present a valid emirates ID and physical HSBC (primary and supplementary cardholder) credit card to gain access to Fitness First outlets. Digital wallet card will not be accepted
- Before accessing Fitness First clubs for the first time, you will need to fill a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ Form) at club reception
- The access doesn’t include any personal training sessions, MYZONE, and any other paid products or services offered by the Supplier at applicable outlets. Exclusions apply to Kids classes, community group exercise classes, swimming lessons, tennis, squash classes, event classes or any other paid service that is introduced during the Agreement. If any Eligible Client wants to avail these paid services, the prevailing rates apply
- Group exercise classes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance and according to Supplier’s published booking policies and via Supplier’s mobile application
- HSBC Credit Card Holders who are eligible to visit and use the club facilities must adhere to the Supplier’s rules and regulations, including health and safety guidelines that apply to all other members
